Position: Sales Coordinator (Data Entry)

The Sales Coordinator reports to the Internal Operations Manager and supports the sales team by responding to leads, engaging customers, and managing the schedule of Design Specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service leads from technicians in the field.
  • Respond to leads promptly and engage customers during initial booking appointments.
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Manage the schedule of Design Specialists, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Qualify leads and match customers with Design Specialists based on personality and expertise.
  • Book and coordinate sales appointments, overseeing the scheduling process.
  • Verify completion of documents after a job is sold.
  • Assist in answering phone calls, providing information, and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Provide support to Design Specialists, encouraging them and building positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Work in an office setting, sitting in front of a computer screen for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift file boxes or materials up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience providing customer service over the phone.
  • Previous phone sales experience, including professional communication with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and Design Specialists.
