Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Fire Protection Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting fire sprinklers, fire alarm, inspection, monitoring, repair, and installation services. This is a hybrid in-office and remote opportunity. Training, Emails, and office support will be in-office.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys meeting new people, building trust with customers, and helping businesses maintain compliance while protecting lives and property.

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet with business owners, property managers, facility managers, contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend fire sprinkler, fire alarm, inspection, monitoring, repair, and installation solutions.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with operations, inspections, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay type: Hourly

Pay range: Base plus commission (DOE in sales and industry knowledge)

Skills: Personality is key; trade knowledge can/will be taught.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills.
