Enterprise Account Executive
At Work Wave, we build innovative software and fintech solutions for service professionals worldwide, helping them manage all aspects of their businesses from acquisition to payments.
Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner to the world’s largest field service businesses, aligning Work Wave’s platform to business outcomes.
- Lead visionary conversations with executive stakeholders, guiding them toward growth and digital transformation.
- Navigate complex multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with professionalism and focus on measurable results.
- Champion strategic prospecting to identify and convert top enterprise targets into long‑term customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling demos and tailored recommendations.
- Build, manage, and close a robust pipeline of multi‑million‑dollar SaaS opportunities, meeting or exceeding goals.
- Collaborate across functions and maintain visibility with executive stakeholders.
- Leverage technology and sales tools to manage pipeline, craft proposals, and drive deal progression.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a deep appreciation for service professionals.
- Strategic influence: ability to lead high‑stakes conversations with C‑level decision makers.
- Disciplined execution: organized, detail‑oriented, committed to consistent follow‑through.
- Strong business acumen: understanding of business models, financial drivers, and software alignment.
- Relationship building: develop long‑term partnerships based on credibility and trust.
- Accountability and ownership: drive deals forward, manage resources, deliver measurable impact.
- Composure under pressure: calm and confident in high‑stakes situations.
- Proven sales expertise: 5+ years of SaaS sales success, exceeding revenue targets in complex, enterprise environments.
Base salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 per year with an OTE of $190,000 – $250,000, uncapped commission.
