Account Representative, Nevada Athletics

Job Summary- Responsible for building and strengthening customer relations, customer acquisition, and maximizing ticket sales and donations. Manage daily inbound calls, email, online chat, and in-person meetings; contribute to outbound sales efforts, execute sales strategies, and cultivate relationships. Handle specific donor and season ticket holder accounts related to customer service and sales.
- High School Graduation and four years of related work experience; OR
- Associate's Degree and three years of related work experience; OR
- Bachelor's Degree and two years of related work experience; OR
- Master's Degree and one year of related work experience

Experience:
athletics administration, ticketing, sales, marketing, and/or customer service.
