Reno, NV (must travel to local offices, including Sparks and Carson City)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay:
Starting at $18.50 per hour

• Welcoming patients and families with legendary customer service.
• Managing orthodontic scheduling, multi‑line phones, and patient check‑ins/check‑outs.
• Providing front desk support across multiple clinics and adapting to travel as needed.
• Collaborating with clinical orthodontic assistants and doctors to ensure an excellent, timely patient experience.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• 3 to 5 years of orthodontic customer service experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local offices, including Carson City.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a welcoming personality.
• Passion for teamwork, learning, and alignment with our mission and values.
• Requires pre‑employment drug screening; safety‑sensitive position.
