Ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an Oncology Territory Sales Director – Field to oversee the Nevada territory at Onco
360 Pharmacy. The role focuses on serving oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.
Compensation: Salary range $115k–$130k annually, plus commission plan.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility is to develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing sales forecasts. Expectation include being a self‑starter, team player, and responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting and developing key oncology practices and hospital‑based relationships within the target region.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Identify key influencers and manage pipeline.
- Meet designated call expectations focusing on top targets.
- Deliver product presentations to customers.
- Use exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
- Stay familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities.
- Be self‑motivated and results‑driven.
We are seeking local candidates with current work experience and industry contacts.
- 5 to 10 years or more of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
