# MSP Channel Manager (Strategic Alliances)
Location :
Hybrid Experience :12+ Years Salary Range :$130,000 - $140,000 a year## Your
Location:
* Hybrid in Reno or Atlanta as first preference
* Remote as second preference with travels to Reno/Atlanta
* Occasional Travel to our HQ in Reno, NV
* Travel: ~1–2/qtr (partners), 1/qtr (conferences), 1/qtr (internal)## Your Language
Skills:
* English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal)* (30%) Partner Recruitment:
Develop & Own Key Relationships* (30%) Marketplace Development (With or Through):
Pax8, Connect Wise, N-able, App Direct, Kaseya/Datto, and Sherweb.* (10%) Collaborate:
Work with product, sales, and finance to sort out packaging, SKUs, and pricing for each platform.* (15%) Create Sales Content:
Solution Briefs, Co-Marketing, and Playbooks* (15%) Channel Engagement:
Build out user groups and show up where MSPs hang out (Reddit, Discord, etc).##
Qualifications:
* 12+ years in channel/alliances/partner management (B2B, SaaS, or infrastructure)
* Hands-on experience with MSP marketplaces (Pax8, Connect Wise, N-able, etc.)
* Knowledgeable in DNS, DDNS, Managed DNS, remote access, and RMM/PSA* $130,000–$140,000 base salary
* Annual bonus up to 10% tied to channel performance
* Commission up to 10% tied to MSP channel revenue
