The Food service Sales Developer is designated as the primary driver of food service and coffee sales within their assigned territory. Their responsibilities are to develop and grow the food service and coffee business by selling food service programs, QSR concepts, and new coffee programs, as well as identifying and closing key food service and coffee opportunities within their region.
This territory encompasses Sierra Nevada Tahoe, Rio Vista to South Sacramento to Elk Grove, and Lodi, CA. Position requires travel, primarily in assigned region with roughly 40% overnight. (1 day a week on average)
Compensation: $80
-100K DOE first year + bonus program.
Harbor provides corporate credit card program, mileage and automotive base pay, travel and all expenses paid.

- Responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan that drives growth in food service and beverage programs while increasing overall profitability.
- Accountable for achieving territory sales goals including new food service program installations, coffee program installations, and weekly gross profit targets.
- Open new food service programs and QSR concepts.
- Effective and timely communication with Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Food service Sales Managers for respective area.
- 3 years’ outside sales in a related industry, field sales, DSD, retail/wholesale accounts which highlights experience and achievement.
- Must be willing to show proven results from past employment opportunities.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable and presentable transportation and required insurance.
