Your ultimate goal is simple: maximize Google Pixel sales in your location. You will serve as the relentless in‑store brand ambassador, actively pursuing every opportunity to get Pixel devices into the hands of customers.

You will not only drive your own direct sales but also act as the "Pixel Guru" for the Verizon retail team, elevating their confidence to pitch the brand and effectively multiplying your sales impact on the floor.

• Drive relentless growth: take full ownership of increasing Pixl device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Sell exclusively Pixel: actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Over‑deliver on targets: consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• In‑Store advocacy & team multiplication: empower the Verizon team, coach them, conduct high‑energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are confidently selling Pixel to their own customers.
• Be the resident expert: act as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel, demonstrating cutting‑edge AI features to both customers and staff to close the deal.
• Team selling: seamlessly step in to assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android devices.
• Brand presence & merchandising: maintain the Pixel display area pristine, fully functional, and visually dominant; keep the store environment energized and focused on current Google promotions.

• Base Pay: a competitive guaranteed hourly rate.
• Spiff Program: earn an immediate cash bonus for every qualifying Pixel device and ecosystem accessory sold.
• Over‑performance bonuses: unlock massive earning potential with lucrative bonuses tied to hitting and exceeding structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks.

• Proven over‑performer: strong background in sales with a historical track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs; wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience highly preferred.
• Self‑driven & self‑motivated: high sense of urgency, initiative, and the ability to hunt for the next sale without micromanagement.
• Fierce competitive streak: driven by leaderboards, performance metrics, and the desire to be the best on the floor.
• Charismatic closer: high energy, approachable, and confident enough to overcome objections and close deals.
• Coach & mentor: ability to teach and inspire others, leveraging Verizon staff to achieve the ultimate goal of increasing overall Pixel volume.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have own vehicle to transport equipment (all equipment can fit in a standard trunk).
