Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Representative role is based in Reno, NV. The Sales Representative will engage customers in-store, assess their needs, and recommend AT&T and Cricket Wireless products, services, and plans that align with those needs. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and promotions, processing transactions, handling account inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining store merchandising standards, and collaborating with teammates to achieve location performance goals.
Sales Representatives are expected to follow company policies, stay updated on new products and services, and contribute to a professional, inclusive store environment.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to build rapport, listen actively, and provide clear product information.
- Sales and negotiation abilities to convert inquiries into purchases and consistently meet performance goals.
- Basic technology proficiency, including comfort with mobile devices, point-of-sale systems, and learning new digital tools.
- Reliability and teamwork skills to support store operations, collaborate with colleagues, and follow established processes.
- Prior retail or wireless industry experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Reno, NV, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
