Ready to build a six-figure career in residential sales? Riley Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners and helping them find the right solutions for their homes.

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you'll visit customers in their homes, understand their comfort and plumbing needs, and present solutions that fit their situation and budget. You'll educate homeowners on replacement and upgrade options, explain recommendations clearly, and guide them through the decision-making process.

This is a consultative sales position. We're looking for someone who can build trust, identify needs, and confidently recommend the right solution without relying on high-pressure tactics.

Monday through Friday, with some evening and Saturday appointments as needed

$150,000–$200,000 target annual earnings, blended compensation including base pay and commission

• 2 or more years of sales experience
• Residential or in-home sales background preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
• Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Organized, dependable, and effective at managing your own schedule
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
