Mission Hires is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop Account Executive sales activities. This role builds strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and community partners while supporting growth, education, and high-quality hospice care.
How You'll Contribute- Lead, hire, orient, train, coach, and evaluate Account Executives.
- Promote and exemplify the Company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Evaluate Account Executive performance in initiating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospital departments, healthcare facilities, senior associations, and service representatives.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, referral sources, and community partners to support communication and quality of care.
- Serve as an educational resource on home care and hospice developments and connect stakeholders with appropriate resources.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Company staff to ensure community and healthcare partner needs are addressed.
- Assist with developing new services and processes that improve care and respond to community needs.
- Assist in developing annual Account Executive plans and the financial resources needed to execute them.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Account Executive sales and educational materials.
- Ensure compliance with the Company Compliance Program, HIPAA requirements, and applicable policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in required in-service programs, continuing education, and professional development activities.
- At least 2 years of progressive healthcare sales experience.
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, healthcare professionals, community members, boards, and medical leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the Agency and applicable licensing board.
