Business Development Manager

ECAM, a fast-growing digital advertising and marketing technology company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across brands and agencies. In this role, you will prospect, qualify, and close strategic opportunities for ECAM's full-funnel performance marketing, audience targeting, and media optimization solutions. You'll lead discovery, craft data-driven proposals, and partner with analytics and product teams to design campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow ECAM's client portfolio in digital advertising and marketing technology
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads with brands and agencies, moving opportunities through the full sales funnel
• Deliver compelling pitches and product demos that showcase ECAM's ad-tech, analytics, and media optimization capabilities
• Collaborate with account, analytics, and product teams to design data-driven campaign solutions for client needs
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contracts to close new business and expand existing accounts
• Analyze pipeline performance, forecast revenue, and report on key business development metrics
• Represent ECAM at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build market presence and relationships
• Stay current on digital media trends, programmatic advertising, and marketing technology innovations
