Responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential clients seeking life and supplemental health insurance solutions
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate Globe Life products
• Explain policy features, benefits, and costs in clear, compliant language
• Follow up with leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close new business
• Provide ongoing customer service and support to existing policyholders
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and adhere to all compliance standards
• Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring sessions to build product and sales expertise
• Represent Globe Life professionally at community and networking events
