Director Of Consulting Services

We are looking for a Director of Consulting Services to grow our client's presence across Nevada by building client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and helping clients solve business and technology challenges. This person will be a consultative seller who can understand client needs, influence pursuits and proposals, and provide leadership over consulting engagements and teams.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and technology project delivery, including modernization, testing, implementations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience building executive-level relationships and generating net-new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence pursuits, proposals, RFP responses, and business development strategies.
• Experience leading teams and providing delivery oversight while maintaining a strong focus on revenue growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand relationships with prospective clients throughout Northern Nevada.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, priorities, and technology needs.
• Attend conferences, networking events, and industry meetings to build market presence and generate leads.
• Partner with delivery and solution teams to develop proposals and position consulting services.
• Provide leadership to consulting teams while identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
