A well‑established packaging distributor seeks a high‑impact OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to manage and expand the greater Reno territory. This is a role for a proven sales professional who understands how to grow existing accounts while driving new business within the Jan‑San or Packaging markets.
The company offers a strong reputation, long‑tenured leadership, and a supportive environment designed for experienced producers who want to maximize long‑term earnings.
Little to no overnight travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage an established book of business within the Reno market
- Drive new business development across Jan‑San and/or Packaging accounts
- Maintain a consistent presence with customers through onsite visits and field activity
Qualified Candidates Will Have
- 10+ years of outside sales experience
- Proven success selling packaging or Jan‑San products
- Strong track record of new business development and account expansion
- Ability to operate independently in a field‑based role
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes:
- A robust base salary, Compensation tied to producing accounts, Full company benefits, Car plan
- Long‑term earning potential where successful reps exceed $200K+
