Catering & Events Sales Manager

The Catering & Events Sales Manager sells, contracts, negotiates, coordinates and communicates catering events with a focus on client satisfaction, food & beverage revenue generation and service excellence.

• Maintain strong guest service orientation with a polished and professional presentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after events.
• Solicit, sell, contract, and coordinate event functions for Peppermill clientele.
• Work closely with the Director of Catering, Sales, and Food & Beverage to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
• Prepare and analyze data for reports related to sales and event performance.
• Utilize software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and preferably Salesforce or Delphi to manage accounts and event details.
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

• Minimum of one year experience of Catering or Convention Services management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
