Responsibilities
Contributes to the administration, integrity, and performance of the organization’s global physical security infrastructure. Supports enterprise security operations through installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, intercoms, and related server infrastructure. Performs advanced troubleshooting, resolves maintenance tickets, and ensures compliance with corporate standards and security policies.
Manages daily system monitoring, user access administration, software upgrades, and change control processes. Oversees vendor site visits, validates completed work, and supports preventive maintenance programs. Provides after‑hours support, documentation, audit support, and may travel as required.
QualificationsEducation:
High School degree or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of related experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in live production environments.
- Process‑driven, reliable, and committed to maintaining system integrity and security standards.
- Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Starting compensation range: $60,000 to $75,000, adjustable based on qualifications. Full benefits include:
