A Construction Site Security Specialist is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of construction sites by effectively managing access, monitoring for unauthorized activity, and ensuring timely reporting of incidents. This role involves working within a large team and occasionally traveling between multiple neighboring sites, reporting directly to the Site Manager and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities- Control and monitor site access to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain the security of the site
- Report security incidents promptly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with site management and team members
- Entry-level experience in construction site security or security in general
- Security Guard License (PILB)
