$21.59/hour (night shift receives +$2.00/hour differential)

Hiring for one Day Shift (6:00am-6:00pm) and one Night Shift (6:00pm-6:00am). This position requires 12‑hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday. Also looking for someone who is flexible to help cover extra shift when needed.

Patagonia is looking for an experienced, compassionate, highly motivated individual to assist in all areas of Safety & Security. • Monitors & patrols multiple sites on foot and/or bicycle, checks for unsafe conditions, hazards etc.
• Responds to incidents of work‑related injury, medical emergency, fire, threats, suspicious activity etc.
• Observe and report activities and incidents.
• Controls & monitors access into all buildings.
• Prepare accurate logs and reports as needed.
• Works closely with other security personnel, management, employees & visitors.
• Learn and understand basic OSHA and Fire laws.
• Additional duties as assigned by department manager/leaders.

• 2+ years combined experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, community outreach, customer service and/or emergency response coordination.
• Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Basic computer skills & knowledge (Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
• Knowledge & understanding of CCTV systems.
• Knowledge & understanding of access control systems (Brivo).

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and carry for up to 50 feet.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Bending and lifting repetitively throughout the day.
• Ability to work in a small physical space that can be loud at times.

This position is On‑Site, requiring employees to work at our Reno, NV and/or Verdi, NV facilities during scheduled working hours.
