As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

* Open availability is required for at least 2 out of 3 shifts, and weekends as needed. Such as Day/Swing, Swing/Grave, or Day/Grave.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

* Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

* You are a great Team player!

* You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

* You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on foot and by car, or alternative means provided.

* You understand you will work at more than one location and have ability to work at least 2 out of 3 shifts and may include some or all of a weekend need.

* You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.

* You provide rapid response in critical situations.

* You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.

* You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

* You can operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

* You are authorized to work in the U.S.

* You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.

* You have or can obtain a PILB within 5 days of an offer.

* You have a valid Driver's License.

* You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

* If you have 1 year Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience; even better!

* You have superior people skills.

* You are at least 21 years of age.

* You are able to walk, stand, or sit throughout assigned shift, and handle and weather conditions.

* You have superior work ethic and integrity!

* You have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
