Responsibilities

Conflict resolution and de‑escalation
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in varying weather and terrain
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
Provide detailed report writing
Work in a team environment to achieve site and organizational goals daily
Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site

Basic Requirements

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months
Above average computer and technology skills
Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation
Must participate in company pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation
Customer service background preferred
Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
Ability to interact calmly and professionally with a wide range of individuals
