C. Penney -  - Responsibilities:
Detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Follow AP directives and company policy when making apprehensions;
Conduct investigations and document all stages, including witness statements and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws and policy;
Provide support to store leadership in morning meetings and assist with safety topics and hazard identification
