Flex Security Officer

Garda World Security Services U.S. is seeking a Flex Security Officer to support diverse client sites in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role provides coverage for open shifts, call-offs, and special assignments, requiring high reliability and schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, and enforcing site procedures. Officers must maintain professional appearance, clear communication, and strong situational awareness while following post orders, responding to emergencies, and partnering with clients and public safety as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage across multiple client locations as needed
• Control access to facilities, verify identification, and manage visitor entry
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Monitor CCTV and alarms, escalating issues per post orders
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, following established procedures
• Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in clear reports
• Enforce site rules, policies, and safety standards consistently
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members
• Maintain high standards of appearance, punctuality, and reliability
• Follow all company policies, training, and regulatory requirements
