DescriptionAs an HVAC Install Apprentice
, you’ll work alongside experienced installers learning how to properly install residential HVAC systems from start to finish. This is a career‑building role
, not a stopgap job. You’ll be trained to do installs the Goettl way—clean, safe, code‑compliant, and customer‑focused.

What You’ll DoAssist with residential HVAC system installations from removal to final setup
Protect customer homes using proper coverings and clean work practices
Support picture‑perfect installs by following Goettl checklists and standards
Help document installations with required photos and job data
Learn to gather installation metrics such as static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
Participate in ongoing technical training and skill development
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
What You BringRecently completed HVAC trade school or relevant experience preferred
A committed and progressive work history
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in the field
Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety standards
Comfort working in homes, on ladders, and in varying conditions
Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver’s license
Preferred QualificationsHigh School or better.
