• Ability to pass a background & drug screen**
• 6 months OTR tire experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• 3-yr Clean MVR with no DUIs

• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
• Perform OTR and commercial tire-wheel replacements and installations
• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of tires
• Service calls as scheduled by service manager
• Keeping service vehicle fully stocked
• Perform basic maintenance on your service vehicle
• Perform basic facility, shop clean up, and organization
• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

• Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, and daytime service commission. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours/on-call programs.
• This position is considered “safety sensitive” for purposes of Assembly Bill 132, as impairment while working in this position presents a substantial risk of death for the employee. Because this position serves customers and services customer vehicles, impairment while working in this position also presents a substantial risk of death for the customer. As such, final candidates for this position will be screened for the presence of non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites and offers of employment will be rescinded if said screening nets a positive result.
  
  Once hired, employees may be subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident screening and positive results will result in immediate termination under company policies.
