We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing, family-owned property management company in Reno. • Manage all types of work orders for single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties from start to finish using App Folio (or similar software—we will train)
• Coordinate with vendors, techs, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
• Conduct move-in, move-out, quarterly, and semi-annual inspections
• Install signs on properties
• Install, track, and troubleshoot smart locks across the portfolio
• Handle occasional light cleaning and miscellaneous handyman tasks to keep operations moving smoothly
• Communicate with residents, owners, and vendors clearly and professionally
• Review estimates, negotiate vendor pricing, and ensure quality work
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Answer after-hours emergency calls (company cell phone provided)
• Other tasks as assigned

• 3+ years in property maintenance management or coordination preferred
• Strong handyman skills and a good understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Tech-savvy and familiar with property management software (or willing to learn)
• Professional, ethical, and able to handle sensitive information
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) and valid driver’s license

• $23–$30/hour starting pay (DOE)

• Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
