The primary purpose of the position is to perform maintenance and repair of architectural components of buildings, installation of building hardware components, complex furniture systems and maintain inventory of interior design assets, requiring the use of a variety of trades and practices associated with the following occupations: carpentry, painting and inventory management.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Deputy Chief of Facility Management, the Maintenance Workers perform carpentry, painting installation, removal, and inventory of furniture for areas of the facility. Typical tasks performed by the incumbent are:
