RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS wanted for upscale Apartment Community - Reno, NV

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks experienced residential Maintenance Technician for full-time careers located at Harvest at Damonte Ranch, our beautiful Lewis-owned community in Reno, Nevada.

• Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair
• HVAC Certification is a big plus!
• Making ready units for new occupancy
• Maintaining units of current residents
• Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
• A great customer service personality and work ethic

Note:

These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed. Other duties may be required, as needed.

• Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
• Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community
• Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required
• Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English
