Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is growing, and we’re hiring Plumbing Maintenance Technicians to help homeowners catch problems before they turn into costly emergencies.
This is a non-heavy repair role focused on inspections, customer education, and generating opportunities for our service team.

• Perform residential plumbing inspections focused on flood prevention
• Identify early warning signs before systems fail
• Supply & drain lines
• Shut-off valves
• Water pressure & filtration systems
• Educate homeowners on risks and preventative solutions
• Recommend services when issues are found
• Generate leads for repair/replacement work
• Document findings using company tools

• Plumbing apprentices or helpers
• Maintenance or field service technicians
• Water restoration professionals
• Mechanically inclined individuals

• Strong customer service and communication skills

Plumbing experience is a plus—but not required.
