• Assist with pulling, terminating, dressing, and labeling CAT5e/CAT6 cable
• Learn to test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers)
• Support punch‑down of voice and data jacks
• Help install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.
• Work safely on ladders/lifts (must be comfortable with heights)
• Read and interpret basic blueprints/system layouts (training provided)
• Assist with installation of access control, CCTV, audio‑visual, and fiber optic systems

• 0–2 years of low voltage or construction experience (entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Interest in structured cabling, telecom, or security systems
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic hand tools and PPE preferred (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi‑vis vest, steel‑toe boots)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the Reno area
• BICSI, Lift, or OSHA certifications are a plus (not required)
