• $100,000+ annual earning potential (base pay + performance spiffs and bonuses)

• Monday - Friday schedule
• Dispatch-from-home option available

• Service, maintain, and repair residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC equipment
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships

• 2-5 years of hands‑on residential and light commercial HVAC service experience
• Solid knowledge of split systems, package units, and boilers
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• EPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months
• Strong work ethic and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
