HVAC Maintenance Technician

HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Goettl HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service by maintaining HVAC systems, identifying opportunities for system upgrades, cross-promoting our products, and providing quality-controlled work that leaves customers beyond satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction:
  Create turnover opportunities, cross-promote Goettl's services, and ensure the work you perform exceeds customer expectations.
• HVAC Expertise:
  Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnose HVAC systems, including static pressure, refrigerant charges, and amperage draws.
• Job Quality & Efficiency:
  Complete jobs accurately, organized, and on time, performing all work to code standards with attention to detail.
• Inventory & Metrics:
  Maintain your truck inventory, keep callback rates below 3%, and meet or exceed daily KPIs, including a 4.5+ customer satisfaction score.

Physical Demands:
This role requires physical strength and flexibility, including bending, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in diverse environments like extreme temperatures and around fumes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old.
• Experience:
  Graduate of HVAC school, previous field experience with residential HVAC company or high mechanical aptitude.
• Certification: EPA Type II or Universal
• Driving:
  Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Compliance:
  Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
