Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician (A-Level / Master Technician) to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and quality.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on a wide range of automotive systems using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately identify issues.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including engines (gas and diesel), transmissions, powertrain components, and electrical systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, wheel alignments, and wheel balancing to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other shop equipment to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, including sensors, wiring harnesses, and control modules.
• Perform general maintenance services such as fluid services, brake repairs, and tire rotations as needed.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer specifications and evolving industry best practices to deliver high-quality service.
• Clearly document findings and communicate technical information to service advisors through repair orders (ROs).

• ASE Certifications (A-Series) required;
  Master Technician certification strongly preferred.
• Proven dealership experience or extensive hands‑on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Strong expertise in electrical diagnostics, schematic reading, and ADAS systems.
• Experience with diesel engines and powertrain repair is highly desirable.
• Solid mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using diagnostic software, hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Experience with alignments, wheel balancing, and general maintenance procedures preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively relay technical information to the service team.
• Experience working on Asian and European vehicles (or similar platforms) is a plus.
