We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician (A-Level / Master Technician) to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and quality.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to showcase advanced technical skills while contributing to an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on a wide range of automotive systems using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately identify issues.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including engines (gas and diesel), transmissions, powertrain components, and electrical systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, wheel alignments, and wheel balancing to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other shop equipment to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, including sensors, wiring harnesses, and control modules.
- Perform general maintenance services such as fluid services, brake repairs, and tire rotations as needed.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer specifications and evolving industry best practices to deliver high-quality service.
- Clearly document findings and communicate technical information to service advisors through repair orders (ROs).
- ASE Certifications (A-Series) required;
Master Technician certification strongly preferred. - Proven dealership experience or extensive hands‑on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Strong expertise in electrical diagnostics, schematic reading, and ADAS systems.
- Experience with diesel engines and powertrain repair is highly desirable.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using diagnostic software, hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Experience with alignments, wheel balancing, and general maintenance procedures preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively relay technical information to the service team.
- Experience working on Asian and European vehicles (or similar platforms) is a plus.
