Pavion is seeking a talented and motivated Technician Apprentice to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities- Pulling cable and installing devices for CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Learning industry standards while maintaining Pavion installation expectations.
- Ability to work on ladders, use a variety of power tools, read and follow project drawings, follow verbal instructions, and conduct testing and commissioning of installed systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Nevada requires construction workers to be OSHA certified in the 10 hour or 30 hour training courses.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with willingness to follow instructions and take direction from experienced team members.
Foundational technical skills and a basic understanding of electrical systems and the electrician trade.
Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
Flexibility to travel to job sites and stay overnight when required.
CompensationCompensation varies based on experience and ranges from $20–$25/hr.
