Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Plumbing Install Lead to join a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. This role requires a strong commitment to trust, fairness, community, and innovation.

Sierra Air is looking for proactive plumbers with 3-5 years of experience. We are hiring for both Install and Service positions.

Sign on bonus
: $5,000 for qualifying candidates.

Pay Range
: $75,000 – $200,000+ including commission.

• Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems.
• Prepare cost estimates.
• Collect payment for services rendered when required.
• Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch.
• Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing.
• Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise.
• Participate in on‑call rotations.

• Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of code requirements for water heater, tankless water heater, water softener, whole‑home re‑pipe and re‑drain installation.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Service Titan.
• Ability to work independently and self‑manage.
• Adaptability to new roles and responsibilities.
• General sales skills and aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional conduct at all times.
• Proficiency with technology.

• Work in indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions (including temperatures above 100 °F, snow, and other inclement weather), from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods required.
• Occasional lifting of objects up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders and maintain balance.
• Regular use of hands to handle and feel objects.
• Capacity to sit, walk, stoop, and stand.
• Ability to see up close and at a distance.
