** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:
*** Assist stucco masons and applicators in preparing materials and surfaces.
* Mix cement, plaster, and other stucco materials as directed.
* Load and transport stucco materials to designated areas on-site.
* Set up scaffolding, ladders, and protective barriers as needed.
* Apply scratch, brown, and finish coats under supervision.
* Install lath, foam, and fiberglass mesh on walls to prep for stucco.
* Clean tools and job site daily to maintain a safe work environment.
* Operate tools such as trowels, hawks, mixing drills, and texture sprayers.
* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
*** Basic knowledge of stucco systems and techniques is preferred.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
* Comfort working outdoors and on scaffolding or elevated surfaces.
* Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
