HVAC tech​/install coordinator in Reno

Job Overview

Hams Heating & Cooling is looking for an HVAC Tech/Install Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee installations, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems across Northern Nevada, from Reno to Elko. Performance pay is available. Depending on experience and skill levels, you will receive a company van, iPad setup with Service Titan software, all necessary tools, uniform, and a professional work environment.

Benefits will be discussed based on experience and the ability to pass the 90‑day onboarding.

• Oversee and help install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to sell new equipment and upsell

• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Good teamwork skills and motivation to teach others
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required
