Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our core crew. The role involves constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases that support telecommunications structures. Successful candidates will have experience in residential or commercial construction and be committed to maintaining high safety and workmanship standards. The position requires travel every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states.
Essential Responsibilities- Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters
- Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
- Set and align wooden forms
- Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming
- Assist other team members as needed
- Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific requirements
- Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (8 hours/day, with overtime after 40 hours/week)
- Living out allowance
