You will use OEM service libraries, diagnostic tools, and specialized calibration equipment to ensure vehicle systems operate correctly, safely, and according to manufacturer specifications.
Who are we looking for?
Ability to develop relationships and foster a high level customer experience
Ability to perform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric) vehicles on site or at customer locations
Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs
Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed
Adequately explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs; to include collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and direct customers
Basic knowledge of how to remove and install vehicle parts – Example:
Bumper, trim panels, mirrors
Complete pre and post scans with OE and/or aftermarket tools, communicate outcome effectively
After training completion, must be able to complete static and dynamic calibrations per OE Specifications Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
Responsible for ensuring tooling software updates are completed immediately
Accountable for assigned inventory (including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, other equipment provided)
Participate in virtual (online) training sessions as needed
Complete assigned training and certifications as needed
Maintain a well-organized work area Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience &
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
At least 2-3 years automotive repair experience
Trade school experience a plusASE or I-CAR certifications a plus Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology
Understanding of technology & basic software programs
Aftermarket and OEM diagnostic scan tools and factory software knowledge
Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
Travel will be required for training
Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision
