$23–$25/hour + performance bonuses
Nevada Water & Fire Restoration is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, motivated team leader to join our crew and help Northern Nevada families recover when disaster strikes.
What You'll DoLead water mitigation and mold remediation projects — water extraction, structural drying, crew supervision, and guiding customers through the restoration process.
What We're Looking For- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts
- Restoration or construction experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
