This class is for non-experienced individuals who have recently graduated from trade school

What you need to succeed (Read This Twice)

This program isn't for those who take shortcuts.
It's for people ready to hustle.

If you:

• Have graduated from an HVAC school program OR have worked as a helper at another company- in RESIDENTIAL WORK - REQUIRED
• Have one year of work experience
• OSHA - 10 and EPA- preferred
• Show up on time and ready to grind
• Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Or already know a little and want to go pro
• Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops
  - tech savvy is a MUST
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
• Want a career, not another mid-level job

• Work side‑by‑side with Goettl's top HVAC pros
• Hit milestones and watch your pay go up
• Put in 40-60 hours a week (earn while you learn)
• Graduate into a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role

This training will last 6 weeks and requires perfect attendance, otherwise candidates will be eliminated. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time.
