Pay or shift range: $35 USD to $55 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose residential HVAC systems
• Perform repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• Conduct system safety inspections
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability
• Generate replacement opportunities when appropriate
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Experience We're Looking For

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing heat pumps
• Experience servicing mini-splits
• Experience servicing indoor air quality systems
• Ability to communicate technical information to homeowners
• EPA Certification
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
• Desire to earn based on performance
