What You'll Do
- Diagnose residential HVAC systems
- Perform repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Conduct system safety inspections
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability
- Generate replacement opportunities when appropriate
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Experience We're Looking For
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing heat pumps
- Experience servicing mini-splits
- Experience servicing indoor air quality systems
- Ability to communicate technical information to homeowners
- EPA Certification
- Strong work ethic and professional appearance
- Desire to earn based on performance
