Herzog Energy is seeking experienced Electrical Journeymen to support utility-scale renewable energy construction projects in the Reno area. The role involves electrical installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, quality control, and safety leadership activities on large energy infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates possess strong electrical construction experience, a valid Journeyman’s License, and the ability to travel to remote project locations. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Journeyman’s License
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, JHAs, and SDS documentation
• Ability to travel extensively to remote project sites
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record review
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and medical evaluation
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to maintain required safety certifications
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, crouch, stand, and walk as required

• Experience with solar PV construction
• Experience with racking systems
• Experience with high-voltage installations
• MV termination certification
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Experience conducting safety inspections and hazard assessments
• Experience leading JHAs, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
