Restoration Technician / Mitigation – Reno, NV (Full Time)

• Assist with setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
• Remove damaged materials such as drywall and flooring.
• Clean and sanitize affected areas.
• Conduct inspections to determine the extent of damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain the mitigation process.
• Utilize industry‑leading techniques and equipment to mitigate loss.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Operate air scrubbers, negative air machines, and monitoring equipment.
• Perform dry‑checks and post‑remediation cleaning.
• Handle mold remediation and water‑damage emergency response.
• Work independently and as part of a team; participate in on‑call rotations.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in restoration services; construction knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and a team player.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment (5–100 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Comfortable with moderate to loud noise and extended standing or sitting.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
