We are looking for an experienced Boiler Operator to join our team!

The Boiler Service & Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential boiler and hydronic heating systems. This role involves diagnosing system issues, performing preventative maintenance, installing new equipment, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional time may be required.

$40+ per hour, depending on experience.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining boiler systems experience.
• Boiler Operator's certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of boiler systems, controls, mechanical equipment, and steam systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications for monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks in varying temperatures or environments.
