As an HVAC Service Technician, you will service, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems in residential and light commercial environments.

• Diagnosing system issues and recommending solutions
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections
• Ensuring all work meets safety and efficiency standards
• Troubleshooting complex problems and replacing components
• Educating customers on system operation and maintenance

Success in this role requires strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and solid technical understanding to ensure excellent system performance and customer satisfaction.

We offer competitive pay based on experience:

• Entry to Mid‑Level Techs: $20 - $27 hourly + spiffs
• Experienced Techs: $27 - $48 hourly + spiffs

We hire at multiple experience levels—requirements vary accordingly.

• 1‑3 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal certification preferred but not required
• NATE certification a plus

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License required
• NATE certification a plus
• Experience training or mentoring others preferred
