• Safety&Compliance Ownership:Complywithourcorporatesafetypolicy,localmunicipalregulations,andOSHAguidelines,performingallassignedmanualandlogisticaldutiesstrictlyunderthedirectionofa
  
  Journeyperson.
• Material&Equipment Logistics:Load,unload,distribute,andstockpileconstructionmaterialsandequipment;securelyloadandunloadservicevans,flatbeds,anddeliverytrucks.
• Site Preparation&Maintenance:Perform digging,back filling,andcompactingofditches;executeroutinejobsitecleanup;assistwithsettingupandtearingdownscaffoldsunderdirectsupervision.
• Tool&Equipment Support:Handletoolrepair,cleaning,andpickup;performbasicservicingofcontractors’equipment;assistwithcutting,patching,andgroutingunderjourneypersonoversight.
• Apprentice Pipeline Readiness :Activelyabsorbmechanicalconcepts,followverbalorwritteninstructionsfrom
  
  Journeymen,anddemonstratethededicationrequiredtotransitionsuccessfullyintoaspecializedtradeapprenticeship.

• Professional&Safety Dependability:Absolutereliabilitytoarriveontime,completeallrequiredoperationalhours,maintainasafeworkingposture,andpossessanOSHA
