Cloud Ten Residential, a Nevada-based multifamily property manager, is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to service Colonial Court, Idlewild Townhomes, and other communities. The role supports maintenance supervision across sites with on-site presence and travel between properties; a valid driver’s license is required.
You’ll perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, pool care), keep common areas clean, and ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days.
