We are seeking a dependable and hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a safe and efficient facility.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, proactive, and experienced troubleshooting industrial equipment and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime
- Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain and repair facility systems including electrical, lighting, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Service company vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment while maintaining accurate records
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement and reliability
- Maintain maintenance logs, inventory levels, and vendor coordination for parts and supplies
- Support workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Assist with proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
- Collaborate with team members and provide technical support as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and basic electrical systems
- Ability to read machine manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Experience working with industrial machinery and production equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and preventative maintenance procedures
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
